Through a process of internal customerization & continuous improvement through CFTs, the company has been delivering high quality products at competitive prices strictly on time.
USUI Susira, in a concurrent engineering endeavor with its OEM customers, contributed substantially towards design modification to reduce product cost without sacrificing the product’s salient performance characteristics. The high point of this joint endeavor was reached when the company was recognized and rewarded with the “Best Cost Reduction Initiative Award” by TATA Cummins Ltd., at the latter’s supplier conference in July 2000. USUI Susira enjoys “Excellent” vendor rating from all its customers continuously.
